The hot pilates class was a huge challenge and definitely made me feel the sweat and burn! love the energy and motivation she brought to the class. huge confidence boost after finishing!

すべてのレビューを表示I absolutely loved this class! I am a beginner so I don’t have much to compare the class to. I did choose the earliest class with Mary and she was so welcoming and helpful. As I am a beginner I did struggle quite a bit but she made me feel confident throughout the class assisting me with my postures. The temperature of the room was amazing as it wasn’t too hot where I was concerned of any sort of problems which I really enjoyed. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall for it being my first yoga class I really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested!
