すべてのレビューを表示This gym is exactly what I was looking for; a clean bodybuilding gym. Friendly vibe but not a whole lot of chatting. Well kept facility with good equipment quality and selection. On top of that I lost my glasses in the parking lot and someone was kind enough to drop it at the front desk. 5 stars

すべてのレビューを表示This class actually starts at 5:30pm instead of 5:15pm and was taught by Josh instead of Alex. Josh was great! I’m super new to CrossFit and lifting and he was so incredibly patient with me and offered many modifications / demo’ed to me repeatedly how to have proper form. The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely makes me want to come back again!
