すべてのレビューを表示Kennedy was amazing. Energy and all. One of the hardest classes I’ve ever done and I’ve done Bunda, OTF, etc, but they were so welcoming and you can totally modify as needed so easily. Everyone is in their zone so I appreciated that it didn’t feel like eyes were on me. It’s more cardio than I prefer so I like my strength training gym but will def be back at TeamRide
