    A great full body workout. You would pair with another person and you switch between running on treadmill and weight exercises, so you can feel like part of a team and push each other, which is awesome. The instructors were very helpful. 10/10

    Upper Body Strength Training

    Fun class. It was the start of the monthly circuits so we got some explanation of the exercises we should be doing. I would not recommend this class if you need a lot of hands on instruction or preferred to be told/reminded of the structure step by step but it was still a good workout! Lots of parking available for a downtown gym.

    First time trying out an F45 class and it was a great workout! The trainers demonstrated how to do the workouts before class starts and they walk around correcting form as you are completing the work outs, which I loved! There’s 45 second circuits and we did 10 stations, 3 times. Great workout and the trainers were really friendly! Would recommend!

    The space Coach Atalia has created is truly unlike any high-intensity workout environment I’ve ever experienced — and I’m a former college athlete.     I love this place! The instructor Kim was very friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable. The ladies were all supportive and helpful. I didn’t feel judged at all. Most of all I had a great workout. I got a full workout. Will definitely come again.

    Mat Pilates

    Loved it! I did a 10am class and found there was a good amount of parking which I appreciated. She was really kind and was also very motivating while still being realistic which I really enjoyed. There are mats available if you do not have one. This is my first Pilates class I have ever taken so I don’t have much to compare it to but it was great! I definitely had some struggle with some of the exercises but with her being so motivating I was able to power through. I definitely would like to come again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to try the class out!
