The two coaches were so kind and encouraging but not in your face which I hate. Will 100% be back next time I am in Reno 😊

Going to Malia‘s class is something to look forward to her playlist is awesome and she’s very nice and welcoming !! so highly highly recommend specially if you’re looking to get into it for your first time

Really helpful to see the moves displayed on the screens on one wall so you are never confused on what to do if you forget what you are supposed to do. I loved every minute of it.

First time ever doing Barre so it was a totally new experience for me and she was helpful with correcting posture but also a balance of not making me feel like everything I did was wrong (which it probably slightly was lol) it was super challenging and a good burn. I’m excited to get better slowly as I continue coming!

It was a tough class, but I felt like we were all in it together and I left feeling amazing. Kind of a strange building but the gym and the studio were really nice and clean, also easy parking. The staff explained everything throughly and I immediately noticed how clean the facility was . I did the Full Body Red Light treatment and Leg Compression treatment.
