First time ever doing Barre so it was a totally new experience for me and she was helpful with correcting posture but also a balance of not making me feel like everything I did was wrong (which it probably slightly was lol) it was super challenging and a good burn. I’m excited to get better slowly as I continue coming!

I just wish that they would enforce a grip sock policy because most of the ladies who don’t wear grips, socks, tend to not really clean down the reformers. It’s just sad because this is an amazing studio and most of the older ladies don’t have the common sense to wear grip socks and realize that it’s a cleanliness issue.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time trying a define class and the instructor was so welcoming and friendly as I arrived. Throughout the workout she was encouraging and helpful when it came to adjustments. Definitely would recommend this class to anyone and I’ll sign up again!
