    Ben was super great. I came 15 mins early and he introed the workout for me. He also came by throughout the workout to ensure my form was good and answered any questions I had. It’s a fast paced workout but I felt comfortable since it was a small class! Will def be back :)

    first class! amazing routine. I was done mostly on a mat with bands, sliders. light weights. I was sore the next day. Instructor did not use a mic so l, but she had a loud enough voice ☺️. Small class size, about 10 women. And a cute space. street parking was available.

    Great class. It is set up as a supervised circuit of strength building with a huge variety of different pieces of equipment. Dr. Kelly provides feedback on correct form throughout the session. Weights are adjusted as needed. Perfect for women looking to work more in super critical strength building as we hit all the major muscle groups and some minor ones too. Look forward to coming again as my schedule allows.

    Wow. What a class! Definitely recommend joining if you’re experienced with Zumba. The instructor doesn’t call out the moves because she doesn’t have to—most in attendance have the choreo down to memory. You’ll have a blast and they’re all really welcoming to a newcomer. I’ll be back for sure!
