すべてのレビューを表示Normally I dislike doing any classes which are modifications of the original 26&2. But this class was different. I feel like I got all of the benefits of 26&2 without the class feeling rushed. Along with that, the class gives you ample time to set up postures and do strengthening exercises in between. It’s really a total workout. The studio is clean and nicely designed. Great showers, soap, and you get a locker as well. This studio is a gem, I’ll be coming back for sure

すべてのレビューを表示Coach Joe is very personable. We warmed up with some body weight exercises. Then we practiced some solo wrestling drills. Next was partner work. He’d show us a technique and then we would practice variations of the technique with our partner. Great work out. Everyone was helpful.
