すべてのレビューを表示I had a great time at The Lab! Facilities are good. Shower and toilet are clean. Coaches are professional and look like they know they are doing. Coach Junel was very helpful and supportive. He even adjusted my tripod so I can get a better camera angle.

すべてのレビューを表示First time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

First time ko mag-Muay Thai and sobrang late ko pa talaga 😭 no excuse HAHAHA, pero he still treated it like a normal class and never made me feel awkward about it. What I really liked about him is you can really tell na he genuinely wants his students to learn. He takes the time to explain and demonstrate the techniques properly, and he’s very patient in correcting you whenever may mali. As someone na first time talaga, I really appreciated how accommodating and patient he was throughout the whole session. You can really feel na he’s passionate about teaching and wants his students to actually understand and learn the proper way. Thank you so much, Coach Elorde! 🥊 Had such a great experience for my first Muay Thai class. Definitely coming back!

He taught everything from the basics, and every drill had a purpose. The entire session was intense from start to finish, and I loved every minute of it. Will definitely be back for more. すべてのレビューを表示I had a great experience training at Elorde Taft! The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the gym was clean and well-maintained. Coach MJ handled my session and was incredibly patient as I refreshed my fundamentals. He also introduced me to a new technique, which I really appreciated. Throughout the training, he was very attentive and consistently gave helpful pointers to improve my form and skills. Overall, it was an easy 5/5 experience. I definitely recommend training here, and I'll definitely be coming back!
