The flow was not for first-timers but teach Rose and my classmates were super supportive so I made it through !!! I wished there was a variation for first-timers tho bc I was culture shocked 😅 + i hope there were more apparatus available bc we took turns lang using it unlike other studios. Will def go back to try the other classes bc of the v supportive environment 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

すべてのレビューを表示I liked that this class was true to its name, mat sculpt without any frills! We were able to workout all the different muscle groups within the hour. The music was also fire! The instructor gave good vibes and great instruction that was easy to follow. Would love to come back for more!

すべてのレビューを表示The flow of the session was very intentional, from grounding breathwork at the start, smoothly transitioning into focused quad, glute, and ab exercises, and ending with a calming stretch to release tension. Everything felt well thought out and balanced, leaving me both energized and relaxed after class. The studio itself is clean, minimalist, and very pleasing to the eyes, with great air-conditioning that keeps the space comfortable throughout the session. For an even better experience, a bit more spacing between mats would be nice, especially during movements that require wider arm ranges. I also noticed that the floor had a slightly sandy or grainy texture in some areas, possibly from fine dust, so a quick refresh before class could make it feel even more polished. Overall, it’s a well-structured and enjoyable class with Coach Kaara. Definitely something I’d come back to!

Lucky there were only 3 of us in the class today so he was able to demonstrate the proper form. As for the gym itself, if they can add 1 or 2 more big fans, I think it would be better for airflow.
