すべてのレビューを表示Really great class to improve not only flexibility but I think strength & endurance as well. Teacher Aem was both flexible literally and with every student's level, adjusting some moves depending on whether you're advanced or a first-timer.

The middle barre was a bit unstable but they did say they will replace it with a better one so looking forward to that so we can do the positions/moves more confidently. Loved the cool down portion where we were almost in total darkness even though it was 10 AM. Really love this beautiful studio and thoughtful details. Glad they have NF Fit Club besides dance classes 🤎
