The teacher is super knowledgeable. She was able to guide everyone in class, from the beginners to the advanced students. Super excited to see the studio' s full potential after construction!

すべてのレビューを表示I like that boxing is a full body type of workout. It’s a mix of mit rounds, shadowboxing with footwork, and core. Coach Paolo was also very kind and attentive. Free use of the gym afterwards! Air circulation was good and CR is clean.
