There was a lot of us in class so it was difficult to get feedback immediately but teach answers all the questions as much as she can.

すべてのレビューを表示Teach Nao was super kind and gave good instructions throughout the class. Before we started, she explained the practice + explained the poses along the way. Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. Will definitely book her next class!

すべてのレビューを表示Barre is really a spicy workout, but the instructor (Bern) was smiling to us the whole time, it felt encouraging especially for beginners like me. I was surprised she remembered our names knowing that class was full. I like that the studio has a good city view instead of just walls and mirrors.
