It was a great mix of strength, technique, and confidence-building. Huge thanks to Teacher Jihan for being so patient and encouraging. I had trouble finding the studio, but she was very understanding.

She is incredibly kind, patient, and supportive 🥺 The way she teaches and guides you through every move is so encouraging, and she’s constantly cheering you on, which makes you feel more confident throughout the class even if we’re just beginners. She’s definitely the reason I’ll be booking more sessions!
