I’m super happy with the class! 🥳 Teach Aly was super encouraging and was able to gauge the progress I made during my first session at another studio (I showed her the clips). The class was challenging enough yet super fun 🫶🏻 Will definitely book another class!

すべてのレビューを表示Teach Nao was super kind and gave good instructions throughout the class. Before we started, she explained the practice + explained the poses along the way. Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. Will definitely book her next class!

すべてのレビューを表示i enjoyed the class very much!! the instructor was very hands-on and the class was fast-paced even though it was almost 10pm when we finished😆 too bad that the maintenance staff was out today so the hammocks were a bit high for us and we struggled a bit bc of it. nevertheless, i look forward for my aerial classes here!!!

The studio was well lit and AC was set in a comfortable level. Looking forward to trying out other classes from BH East!

すべてのレビューを表示Super fun class! Coach was funny and really supportive, which honestly made the whole studio vibe feel so welcoming. The girls in class were super friendly too, so it never felt intimidating or pressured at all. As someone with absolutely zero dance background, it was surprisingly rewarding to get through it and actually enjoy myself 💃😭 Only warning: the post-class DOMS is REAL. Your muscles will file a formal complaint the next day. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a rest day before booking another class after this one 😂

Teach Sam was patient, encouraging, and made sure everyone felt comfortable regardless of their skill level. The class was both fun and challenging—it helped me build strength, confidence, and coordination while enjoying every spin and movement.
