すべてのレビューを表示Coach Barry is an exceptional trainer! I’ve had PT sessions before but none like this. He is so knowledgeable and incredibly detailed in his sessions. He pays attention to your form, your foot placement, and helps you unlock that level of strength you didn’t know you had! I learned so much about my body, nutrition, and weight lifting. Highly recommend him, I can’t wait for my next session!

すべてのレビューを表示I greatly enjoyed my first class here. It has a small, family feel. This Open Beginners class had a range of ages from 4 to adults, which I liked because it helped me feel humble, motivated, and open to learning. It was structured with a warmup/stretching, strength & cardio, practice blocking and punching, and paired sparring. I am an absolute beginner at karate, but Sensei did a great job meeting every person at their level. She motivated each of us. It was genuinely one of the hardest workouts I've done in a while, but fun at the same time. I hope to return!
