    WOW!!!! Grace is such a positive, motivating instructor with really fun choreography! You’ll have so much fun dancing you’ll almost forget you’re working so hard. It is an intense cardio burn! 🔥 Also the sculpting part of class is perfectly placed towards the end - your muscles are so warm from all the aerobics it feels so good to work with weights!!     Such a great class. I hadn’t boxed in like 5 years and because of that I was definitely the least experienced in the class but didn’t once feel like I was out of my depths. Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop). I stand by boxing being one of the best forms of cardio out there and I’ll definitely be coming back.

    I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY FIRST CLASS!!! I did RunXLift. Started on the treadmills and then did floor exercises, then switched so rotated through them twice. Floor exercises included dead lifts, sumo squats, regular squats, mountain climbers, and planks. They had equipment on the side like resistance bands and plenty of dumbbells. Inside was very spacious and can fit 20-30 people easily without feeling tight. Mirrors in the front and back. Very similar concept to Revel in San Diego minus no sleds on the treadmill and the resistance bands are not connected to the floor benches. They have smoothies and clothing for sale outside. Would come early if it’s your first time to fill out the form on their iPad. Lots of locker space and women’s bathroom is upstairs (I know, the stairs are brutal after a workout). Bathroom had showers and two stalls/sink spaces with free tampons if needed. Soap was very nice and exfoliating (used Ouai brand). They give free gum, hair bands, hair clips, and gum at the front desk if needed. There might have been free parking in the back but I parked across the street where Trader Joe’s was, lots of nice eats around the area after your workout. Had so much fun in class, got a good sweat in too! The instructor was awesome and very approachable/welcoming. I told her before class I had flexibility issues and she gave me an alternative to do. After class she also found me to give me more alternative exercises to do which I thought was very thoughtful and nice. She was motivating and instructive throughout the exercises and I found it amazing she kept the flow going so/on track for floor and treadmill exercises. Music was on point, they played remixes of pretty upbeat, trendy music. Would definitely come again. Compared to Orange Theory I love Barry’s a lot more because of the cleanliness and attentiveness of the instructor, totally worth the steep credits. Would definitely do another class here!

    Kloii was fun and upbeat the entire workout! Check your emails that show you what muscle groups will be working in advance. They send them out at the start of each week. There’s also “super strength” pods in the middle if you feel like challenging yourself. They are constantly changing the routines which I appreciate because I love variety!

    This class was actually insanely fun and can be as challenging as you want it to be. They explained the format at the very beginning and assign you a start station during the warmup. Good variety of weight selection and a lot of cardio/functional movements in this class. There was even a DJ playing music!! Plenty of street parking and easy to find.

    Loved the “triple threat” workout. It was a challenge, but, “pace yourself,” as one of the instructors would say. I love that the instructors were motivating and really put emphasis on form and technique! 💙 They even have deodorant (it’s a spray!) in the bathroom!!! 🙌🏿

Erika welcomed me back with open arms and helped me modify as needed. She’s an amazing teacher, and the workout is hard but can be taken at your own pace. I feel like a total badass after class!

    First time working out in a LONG time! Thought Yoga Sculpt was going to be a slow paced work out and a good way to ease back in but I was wrong 😂. Did a little research after signing up and quickly realized this was going to be a hot, sweaty, challenging session. I was nervous going in but ended up really enjoying it! Anna was great, she made me feel at ease and was very encouraging. I was able to modify some of the workouts to my level. I died, but I didn’t DIE. Felt very accomplished afterwards. Can’t wait to go back again next week!

    Best CorePower teacher I’ve taken in a while - I’ve been coming to cp for 9+ years taking at various locations in LA. Priy, the instructor was so extremely knowledgeable, making sure we knew the benefits of doing certain moves, where to initiate from, muscles we were using/what to engage, what to prevent while doing certain moves, the hand shape details and even down to what kind of breath we were using as the moves changed. SHE IS THE REAL DEAL. On top of her knowledge, her energy is stunning. She is kind, ego-less and really cares about YOGA. Class was HOT and challenging. thank you for digging in, pushing us and caring about your craft so deeply. So refreshed to see a highly skilled instructor with amazing delivery at CorePower - have been missing this for years. Give this lady a raise!
