Good beats make us run more :) However, I would appreciate clearer instructions on the treadmill from the instructor and turn down the music slightly when giving instructions. Also, the fans are really high and I’m thankful the instructor pushed it away from me when I asked. There’s a lot of overstimulation in the room but still a solid workout. I see why they give out earplugs at the front desk.

    Kaelyn’s Yoga Sculpt class was amazing! Her energy was so positive and motivating from start to finish. I personally get bored doing the same movements over and over, but every sequence felt fresh and different, which kept the class really engaging and fun. The workout was challenging in a great way, and I loved how creative the flow felt. The music was also so good and matched the energy perfectly. Time flew by, and I left feeling strong and energized.
