    Loved Anna’s class! Her energy was contagious, and it made the class so much fun. The playlist was on point—perfectly synced to keep us motivated throughout the session.     This Strength class with Dollar was great. It was a total body workout with high intensity, good energy and he kept me focused. The facility is so clean, well equipped and cool air flow. Victoria was so welcoming and informative about Stride. Try this one!

    Extremely hard but so well structured and Lauren is always incredible (with the best playlist in the city)! I am NOT a runner and was able to slightly manage the running portion and the Pilates after was perfect. Killer workout, can’t wait to do it again!
