    6pack and back Sculpt Full Body

    Class was a super challenging in an achievable way, I definitely think this would have been hard to follow if you’ve never taken a mega former fast paced class. The studio has an unusual layout, it was my first time and had to ask a couple times to understand where things were (changing rooms, the actual studio etc.) would recommend they give a more thorough overview of the studio layout/amenities for first timers.

    Maddie is a great instructor! Always love her classes. But the studio is not maintained very well. A lot of the machines have mismatched strap lengths, matching colored springs have different levels of resistance, the bathroom sink is always clogged, etc.

    This man is amazing. Every single person in this room was a vibe. I felt like I was in a music video and had one of the best cardio sweats ever. (Warning: you won’t make front row unless you are a regular and flawless.) I sat to the side middle row. I was still able to see my self in the mirror, felt like front row, but not that good.

    The intro to classical tower class is semi-private (2-3 people per class) with a lot of focus on understanding the apparatus and using it safely. I had only used a tower once before and really appreciated the warm welcome and personalized attention. Highly recommend if you’re new to Pilates in general or to the tower, specifically.

    I’ve been taking Pilates for 10 years, and I was blown away by Andrew’s attention to detail and form. In today’s Pilates culture where not all instructors are properly trained Andrew is a true gem. One of the best most technical classes I’ve taken in a long time. Highly recommend. Will be back.

    I really liked Ashley’s teaching style and emphasis on form. She reminds me of Emily Calhoun in the best way. I also liked her music. I didn’t love her routine- I felt like we could have held the moves for longer and had longer oblique and leg series. There was a girl in the class though who didn’t do any crunching (maybe due to pregnancy?) which was super annoying so that’s something for SLT to consider as a policy since if you’re going to do your own thing for 30% of the class why bother coming?
