    I love this place !! The flexibility of having sessions every 10 minutes offers an incredible adaptability, especially in this fast-paced city where everyone is constantly on the go. I also love that each day features different exercises, targeting different muscle groups—upper body, lower body—so there’s no monotony. Plus, the timing pushes you to keep up with the group, and the music is absolutely stellar. Overall, the vibe is just spectacular.

    Amazing and hard class. This is what interval strength training should be. It’s also low impact if you don’t want to jump. High knees at the end was exactly what I needed to push myself to the next level. No time wasted. Excellent workout.
