すべてのレビューを表示I went to Hot Mat Pilates on Friday at 5:30 and regular Matt Pilates at noon, (but I forget what day). Both classes were taught by Carolyn. They were so powerful and healing, with a mix between intense and stretch. Carolyn was flawless in her flow, her articulation and cues, and her ability to describe each move. Not to mention, her form is perfect, so you can see exactly what your body's supposed to do. I hadn't been to Pilates specifically, in 20 years. It was so easy to follow, and modifications were offered. The low lights, the heated room, and the peace all added to the multiple benefits of the map Pilates class. This seems to be a very special community. I felt very welcome, but not 'overly' attended to, and was able to just meld right in to the experience. This is a small, intimate studio, with a free flowy vibe, and the courtyard entrance adds to the charm.

すべてのレビューを表示What a great class! Shona was a great guide through this practice and the practice itself was very beneficial and relaxing! One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains. Will def be coming back for more sessions!
