I do love loud music and the playlist was perfect, but I just couldn’t hear the words she was saying but for the most part I could follow her by watching so it was good

She’s motivating, encouraging, and pushes you to do your best throughout the entire class. I also love the lavender towels at the end. They are the perfect finishing touch!

すべてのレビューを表示Absolutely amazing 🤩. I did the lower body strength day and it was soooo good. Clear instructions about what each workout would be. When needed the instructor came around and made adjustments. There is a warm up and cool down. Highly recommend and I will be going back. Definitely recommend a strength day class first to get acquainted with the gym first. Everyone was very very welcoming from the owner to instructor to participants. Thank you for an amazing workout.
