She will always recommend a modification but somehow recognizes when to push you to not let you take it. 10 out of 10

すべてのレビューを表示Allie was helpful and was careful to ask about injuries which I appreciated. FYI they told me when I got there the core/lower body class is the hardest one. I was able to keep up with modifying springs but maybe start with a different class if you’re brand new. Good workout!

She was super attentive throughout class, offering helpful corrections and making sure everyone felt supported. The flow was creative and spicy which kept the class fun and engaging the entire time.
