すべてのレビューを表示Excellent class!! I really enjoyed the exercises and the pacing and the music made it surprisingly meditative and vibey despite being super challenging. The class is now very heated which I enjoy. Tamaras class is always the best and would love to be able to get in more often.

She was super attentive throughout class, offering helpful corrections and making sure everyone felt supported. The flow was creative and spicy which kept the class fun and engaging the entire time. Definitely a challenge in the best way and such a calming atmosphere/ beautiful studio.
