すべてのレビューを表示The name is misleading. This is a Silver Sneakers class (for more mature people). Most of the exercises were done sitting in a chair. We did two short stretches at the end. We used small weights and a ball. Not the class I was expecting, but the instructions were clear and the instructor made sure everyone was safe. :-). So… not a true stretch class.

The spin class however felt like it was recently added on or they just ran out of money for the program. It was in this small back room that wasn’t finished and felt completely different than a class at a traditional spin facility.
