She was super attentive throughout class, offering helpful corrections and making sure everyone felt supported. The flow was creative and spicy which kept the class fun and engaging the entire time. Definitely a challenge in the best way and such a calming atmosphere/ beautiful studio.

Was a very gorgeous balance between fun and playful movement / breath work and some deeper intrinsic moments. I would recommend this workshop / spiritual experience to all.
