At the end of each class during her cooldown she quite literally speaks life into all the girls. It is truly so special and makes her class that much more meaningful! Pls pls pls put her on more morning classes during the week!! Her classes are my absolute favorite! 🩷

Can't wait for her next class. And as always, the studio's atmosphere was beautiful and serene. Highly recommend Maison Forme overall.

The only con I had was that there were clients filming themselves the entire time and I don’t want to be in the background of someone else’s video.

I recently moved to west Palm and have been struggling to find a hot mat class that would challenge me how I was previously used to. The other instructors I’ve tried here have been great, but I definitely have modified moves and weights to make the workouts more challenging. Today, I actually had to modify a move to make it less challenging. So happy I found her !

This class reminded me of Jetset in the sense of challenging and my body was shaking but I left feeling challenged and sweating.. the instructor Tina was very knowledgeable and patient ! 10/10

Her form cueing, her energy, her on hands adjustments, and not making anyone feel bad for getting help. This is the energy I need in the morning. She’s by far the expert in the room and makes me fix my form in ways I never knew! [Solidcore] has been so impressive compared to other Pilates studios I’ve tried! This class and instructor is a must try!
