The pace of the class was perfect—not too fast, but still challenging enough to feel the burn. I never felt lost or overwhelmed, and Trisha explained everything so clearly. Miranda made me feel comfortable and took extra time to help me get into poses and explain transitions on the hoop. This was such a fun and amazing experience. I only wish the studio had more times available for this class as it is currently only available in the middle of the day on Tuesdays and Fridays. I will absolutely be recommending this to my friends! Thanks Miranda!
