Just like that! Like, she has that sixth sense.. I can’t think of a better way to start or finish a day other than a class with her.. If you’re lucky enough to go to her classes , you’re lucky enough! Period!

The workout while not feeling too strenuous while doing it actually made my body feel extremely worked out and stretched out by the end. Loved it!

Was a very gorgeous balance between fun and playful movement / breath work and some deeper intrinsic moments. I would recommend this workshop / spiritual experience to all. I will most definitely be back to Arcana, first and definitely not last experience.

The space was also very clean, there was enough space for everyone and the whole experience was calm and pleasant.

すべてのレビューを表示I was walking out of this class feeling euphoric. It was a slower paced class and I had my eyes closed most of the time. It was meditation and yoga mixed in one. Ferns voice was soothing and she seemed in tune with the class and said exactly what I needed to hear. I will be back 🙏🏼💗
