You will find beginners and those who studied in their younger years. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging so for someone like myself with no ballet background it made me feel extremely comfortable. Her class is very challenging but she makes it very approachable, provides corrections and encourages you to ask questions. I am so hooked now! I have been taking heels and hip-hop for the past year but this class I find extremely therapeutic and great for cognitive training!
