すべてのレビューを表示⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cody Lee woke up on a Sunday and chose violence — specifically against my core, legs, and the completely delusional belief that I was “in pretty good shape.” HILI Fitness is basically Pilates if Pilates got a Red Bull, developed anger issues, and decided your shaking legs were a compliment. Cody somehow kept it fun while making me reconsider every decision that led me into that room. I walked in confident. I walked out on newborn-deer legs, humbled, sweaty, and already planning my next class. Five stars. Would absolutely pay Cody to bully my muscles again. 😂💀

I wish I found out about her classes before tonight seeing that it was her last one. Such a good class, so much energy, such a genuine spirit… I am really glad I got to try her out.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time doing a hot mat class at Fit as Fire and I really enjoyed it. I usually only do hot mat classes and I really liked how Maria was intentional with her movements as far the counts and holds you stay in the movement. Her energy is great and use of equipment was a good variety too. My only suggestion is to make the class 50 minutes to be able to teach a full 45 minutes and then incorporate a cool down. Stretching before and after is extremely helpful, and I want to make sure I’m getting a full 45 minute workout in. I’ll be back for sure.

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed this studio. As a level 1, the exercises are not hard to follow but they are challenging. My muscles were shaking. But so far I really enjoyed it and will be coming back. The instructor was really nice and explained everything really well while also demonstrating the exercises.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was awesome! It was my first time at JETSET, and everyone was so welcoming to me. Cristina took the time to demonstrate any moves I was unfamiliar with throughout class. There was a live DJ for this class, her name was Jess and she introduced herself as the assistant manager and an instructor. The music was awesome, there was never a gap between songs and it made class fly by! The studio was neatly organized, clean, there were lockers to use and a restroom. The reformers are awesome, too! I’m plus-sized and felt very safe on the equipment, and overall very welcome at this class!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time at this studio (but not my first time at a modern Pilates class). Emily was a fantastic instructor and I loved her class! Transitions were not rushed like they are at some studios, studio wasn’t too dark and music wasn’t too loud. There was an emphasis on safety and form, and modifications were given throughout class. I’d definitely come back to workout with Emily again!

すべてのレビューを表示Rachel C was so positive with her shoutouts and encouragement. She’s very intentional—her cues helped me make adjustments to improve my form to feel the movements properly. Something as simple as reminding you to breathe helped better engage that mind muscle connection and push through spicy spots. Would HIGHLY recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time ever on a reformer and Cristina was extremely helpful and hands-on. She helped make sure I was doing okay and even adjusted the springs to my liking. She was always making sure we had the correct form and would help you adjust if you didn’t. This class, and Cristina, helped ease my anxiety when using a reformer and I’m excited to try it again. Very beginner friendly!

すべてのレビューを表示By far my favorite pilates instructor of all time (Wednesday 7 pm instructor). She was such a genuine person who is also so sweet. She helped me move with the pace of the class since I am still newer to pilates. The class was the perfect pace, not too slow and not too fast. We got to use all the different boards which made the class extra exciting.

The instructor (Ashley )was super helpful, she gave me an orientation before class so I wasn’t completely lost once we started, and she was very patient correcting form along the way. Stacey the owner was super sweet and welcoming, I will be back!!
