すべてのレビューを表示The class was awesome. We did a lot of legs today. Ilyas changed up the exercises so it worked different parts of our legs. This was my first class with Ilyas and I definitely would take his classes again. I love this studio, the location and machines are top notch.

すべてのレビューを表示Club Pilates has a bright and open studio. The equipment is very organized and easily accessible through your workout. The instructor Anne, greeted each guest as they entered, introducing herself to those of us who were new to her. She then proceeded to inquire about any discomforts we had so that she could be mindful when having us perform certain movements. I thought this was highly considerate! I enjoyed my workout and felt that she covered quite a bit of movements in such a short time. I will be sure to return and continue with Pilates.

すべてのレビューを表示I was really excited to try out the reformer class here so I was a little disappointed that this was exclusively a TRX and half dome (BOSU) class. Instructor was very friendly and offered plenty of positive reinforcement. I got a great upper body workout and some lower too, but really would have preferred to use the reformer or to be said a disclaimer that we would NOT be on it.
