すべてのレビューを表示I’ve taken several classes at Hili, but this was my first time with instructor Yasmine, and I absolutely loved it! Some classes can feel almost impossible to keep up with, but I found hers to be challenging in just the right way. The movements were very controlled and focused, and she actually takes the time to come over and help you correct your form. I really appreciated that! I’ll definitely be coming back for more of her classes!

Another lady came in right when class ended and started spraying Lysol around the room, very unhealthy to breathe in especially after working out, please wait until class is empty to spray!

We all felt the burn the entire time but Sara made us smile and laugh here and there which helped me push through. Top tier playlist too! Even when I was wanting to give up his push, drove me to finish class strong. It was a harder class than what I’m used to, but it pushed me to do more!! He is so sweet. Would 100% take him again!

すべてのレビューを表示The classes here have all been great, my only complaint is that there’s like 0 airflow in this studio..I take many hot yoga/pilates/sculpt classes and for some reason this is the only studio I really struggle with feeling like it’s so hot I can’t breathe no matter what the intensity of the class. It’s a beautiful studio and the instructors/staff are all wonderful I just wish there was more airflow!

This is my first time trying reformer Pilates normally I do hot mat but I was so excited and Hannah made it so much more comfortable with following her queues and offering modifications as needed. I felt so encouraged to come back and do it again. I am a bigger girl so it feels great to feel welcome and included in a space that you don’t see much big girls in. I’ll definitely be coming back! Drink your water for sure before coming haha I definitely got my core rocked today!

I didn’t feel out of place bc it was my first time. She demo’d every single move which I loved ! Compared to where I usually go , the moves were different and challenging which I also loved ! If you’re looking for challenging mat classes with amazing music, def book with Cierra. If you’re looking for an informative instructor that really takes the time to help you, book with Jillian. And if you want to book with an instructor that pushes you (within your limits) because she knows you can do it, book with Lu. Really amazing classes with amazing instructors!

すべてのレビューを表示By far my favorite pilates instructor of all time (Wednesday 7 pm instructor). She was such a genuine person who is also so sweet. She helped me move with the pace of the class since I am still newer to pilates. The class was the perfect pace, not too slow and not too fast. We got to use all the different boards which made the class extra exciting.

I appreciated how Alissa paid attention to students' form during the movements & respectfully offered corrections & modifications. There are free mats available to use if you forget to bring your own. The studio is beautiful, clean, spacious. Looking forward to trying the Reformer classes!
