But this is the perfect combo class with a yoga flow, weights and some extra core! The hour flew by! *just a note. If you don’t have a mat, you have to pay $3 to borrow one. (I didn’t see it mentioned in the class description or in the how to prepare section)

すべてのレビューを表示I would love if the staff can clean the sauna vents facing the bench inside because they’re full of dust. It’s the first thing you notice when you look forward. Black vents with caked up dust and fuzz on them. Kind of crazy it gets completely skipped over when you guys “clean” ?!

すべてのレビューを表示Amazing session! It’s a Sauna that can go up to 170 degrees with red light therapy plus a second light that you can pick the color for different benefits. I did the red light plus the other light I set for rotation with all the colors. Also they have a tv so you can watch a show by yourself in the room. Totally recommend !

すべてのレビューを表示There was plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. The room itself is nice and with cold towels and a TV. I came in around 3 thinking there wouldn’t be a class going on since that is what I said on Class pass to come around that time for quite time but as soon as I arrived a class was starting and I had to blast the TV. The shower were available in the shared restroom and lockers as well. I wouldn’t return at this time though.

すべてのレビューを表示I had such a great time! The saunas were clean, spacious, and really beautiful. The quality shows. The staff were super friendly and provided great service without pressuring me to buy anything, which I appreciated. I just wish there were more locations to visit when I travel. Honestly, I enjoyed it even more than the infrared sauna studio I typically go to. I sweat way more here and I’m going to sleep like a baby tonight.

You definitely can hear everyone coming in and out as other reviews say, but it didn’t bother me much at all, I just turned on some meditation music and focused on that. It’s definitely a splurge, but one I would say is absolutely worth it. Seemed to be extremely helpful with relieving my migraine as well as sore and achey muscles.

One note is that the room is not completely enclosed so you can hear outside noises. However I was still able to fully relax and enjoy the massage.

I just need to make sure that I have my headphones with me. Next time. I did have music on that was with the actual sauna like spa music but the class next-door was just so loud but I will be coming back honestly it’s super cute super clean and the girl in front was really nice
