Contrast - Sauna + Cold Plunge - 60min
すべてのレビューを表示Amazing!! Next time will bring an extra washcloth to scrub after sauna and cold plunge. Also, would advise to bring a small Bluetooth stereo. If you get placed in room 2, it’s a bit loud.. not sure if there was a class going on in the room in front but was a bit distracting. Besides that, once I had my music going, was all good. Very clean. Friendly greeting from the start.

Infrared Sauna Experience Unwind in a private sauna room designed for stress relief…IR Sauna Session
すべてのレビューを表示First time at a professional sauna with infrared lights. I love the experience. Watching a show on TV really helps. This place is inside LA Fitness. I arrived 15 mins early and Josh professionally showed me my room #1, how to use the controllers, access the TV and the restrooms. He gave me suggestions on heating and the guide to what the different color lighting can be useful for. He had everything already set up with two towels and a cold towel outside. Body felt good after the session and knowing that I could control my own heating temperature was reassuring.

すべてのレビューを表示Went above and beyond! It’s in a rather unassuming complex, so don’t be thrown off. I went for the sauna sesh, complete with an ice bath, massage chair, fresh towels, a private bathroom, fascia cellulite blaster tools while you sweat. even a water machine in the room. I have never seen anything quite like it. The owner is super sweet and accommodating, and the prices are really reasonable. Will definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示The facility was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, the staff took me to my private sauna, which was stocked with clean towels, a robe, and sandals, making the experience feel comfortable and relaxing. The only issue I encountered was that the sauna was not preheated for my morning appointment. I checked in about 10 minutes before my scheduled session, and the staff let me know I could either wait for it to warm up or begin my session right away. I chose to start my session and remained until the end of my appointment time. However, even after being in the sauna for about 20 minutes, it still didn’t feel very hot. It wasn’t until the last 8–10 minutes of my session that the temperature reached the 130s, which still wasn’t quite hot enough for my preference. I mentioned this to the staff afterward, and she was very apologetic and explained that she would try to have it preheated sooner next time. I appreciated her response and willingness to address the issue. Overall, I had a positive experience and would be willing to give it another try to see if the sauna reaches the desired temperature for future visits.
