She wasn’t afraid to use pressure, which I appreciated. This will definitely help me with third trimester aches and pains! She is also very receptive and if higher pressure isn’t your thing, she adjusts with no issue. The space was calm, inviting, clean, and had peaceful music. I would definitely come back!

すべてのレビューを表示I discovered Active Spine and Wellness Center on ClassPass when I was looking for wellness opportunities. I saw that there was an opening for 6pm for a Cupping with Red Light Therapy so I decided to book it. The location was easy to find. The build has plenty of parking in the area. The offices faces Mountain towards the corner of the building. Dr. Siavash Nikkhou welcomed me in and gave me a first time patient waiver to review and sign. This is for safety purposes to make sure you don't have any certain preexisting conditions to be aware of. After completing the form I was welcomed to the patient room. He asked if I had any areas I wanted to work on, and my profession to check for common strains. I asked for attention to the low back and since I work a desk job, he also focused on the neck and shoulders. Dr. Nikkhou uses the suction cupping so he can control the amount of suction in each area. The pressure was comfortable. He checked on me as they were applied. Then he left me to enjoy the treatment for about 10 minutes before he came back to remove it. From my suction results he could tell that I'm right handed! Neat! He showed me which areas had more stagnation and which areas were more circulated. Dr. Nikkhou is primarily a chiropractor, and he also has electric muscle stimulation and cupping therapies. What I really appreciate is his hours. He really cares about his patients and clients so on weekdays he is open as early as 8:30am all the way until 7pm. And he is also open on Saturdays from 8:30am to 3pm. That's super helpful for the working professional who doesn't get off until later. I really enjoyed my interaction and service received so I can definitely see myself coming back.

すべてのレビューを表示I recently had a massage with Ann Marie at Restore Massage, and I cannot recommend her enough! I came in with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and she truly worked her magic. She was able to find and release the knots that had been weighing me down—it honestly felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders, and I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. We also tried cupping for the first time, which was a new experience for me. Ann Marie explained everything beforehand, including the fact that it can leave bruising and some soreness, so I felt fully prepared. Throughout the session, she was very attentive, checking in often to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure wasn’t too much, especially on the tighter spots. Her professionalism, care, and skill really stood out, and I will definitely be booking with her again. If you’re looking for someone who is both knowledgeable and compassionate, Ann Marie is amazing!

Especially since it was my first time at a recovery studio. The owner took the time to give me a full tour, which I really appreciated. I booked an assisted stretch and sports massage with Beca, and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and I learned a lot about why my body was feeling sore and how to take better care of it. I also tried the red light therapy, and it was such a great experience. Overall, I left feeling refreshed, informed, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
