すべてのレビューを表示My first HIIT class and I got a nice medium workout (heart rate was up but I was not out of breath). Bri was very helpful and constantly checking in on how everyone was feeling! Great for mobility and strengthening while challenging your endurance. Felt amazing afterwards

The class was well-paced, the environment was welcoming, it definitely delivered a great workout. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to returning.
