    Loved Jessica. I was not in the mood to go cycling this morning, didn’t sleep well and was super tired, but she was so positive, so joy-focused, and provided plenty of adjustments both for people who wanted to go harder and for those who were having trouble keeping up.     Andre is a talented, kind, and energetic instructor. It's hard to find a class where the instructor is interested in who you are and how you show up. He cares about precision and gently recommends adjustments so we're working the right muscle groups and not causing injury. Most of all, his classes are fun and you get a great workout.     Loved this class! As a first time kickboxer, the class was paced in a beginner friendly way, but was challenging for the most advanced students also. Teacher was phenomenal, very warm and knowledgeable with techniques! Absolutely would come again to train. A phenomenal workout that also focused on community building!
