    So I think everybody has a style of instructor that they prefer. Brian has a ton of energy, which was really great for a 7a class, but I don’t think his coaching style is for me. Class format itself was fine, the exercises were up on a monitor, which made it less authentic and engaging but isn’t (nor should it be) a deal breaker. I usually go (recently religious) on a different day, and I will say that the difference in instructor styles is pretty drastic. Otherwise, the class was absolutely fine if you’re down for a few fist pumps of a morning.

    Total Body Conditioning

    I really enjoyed this class!! The instructor was very enthusiastic and helpful to me as a beginner and fitness. She was helping me to Perfect my form as much as possible. The other members of the class were very welcoming and helpful as well. Great experience!
