    Great class. Loved the instructor. Super high energy and fast-paced - class flew by but you will definitely feel the burn! Don’t forget to bring your water bottle. Love that the studio is not too hot. Mat rental is $5, they take Venmo. Only one bathroom and changing area and they do not let you in until 15 mins before the class so prepare accordingly.

    This class is challenging in the best way, and Natalia is incredible. I appreciated her tough love but also wanting the best for me. I loved the team spirit effort and encouragement from the rest of the class. As this was my first time attending a class here. I was nervous to come to this class, but I can't wait to return in the new year. I also appreciate the kind words from the manager, John, and the front desk clerk, James. This place is like no other place I have been, and I think what they're creating at Tone House is unique and very special. Take a class today!

    The best coach ever if you need form corrections- she has such a keen and intentional eye that I genuinely feel proud of my growth when she sees me do a move and doesn't have any constructive criticism, because she's helped me grow SO much! I fully trust if I'm doing any move where I can improve that I will be spotted and guided through how to adjust. I've been grieving the loss of a pet this week and haven't been in the mood to workout at allll, but today Alexa's class was the first 50 minutes all week I didn't feel sad because I was so locked in and inspired- and felt genuinely good after todays class, I'm grateful for that!

    The Row is the only place I can reliably get a great workout in where I know I'll sweat and burn at minimum 400 calories (according to my Fitbit!). For circuit training the cardio machines help me track my personal progress as my stamina has improved with each class and the owner and primary instructor Louis keeps things interesting with added weight focused exercise that you can progress on at your own pace with each class. How energy really helps you keep going and he's always available to flag down if you need help. Only spending 2 minutes at each station also makes it so you don't feel stuck doing the same exercise for too long. I've personally improved so much in the last year. I found out working out 3x a week really makes the extra difference from 2x.
