Class format itself was fine, the exercises were up on a monitor, which made it less authentic and engaging but isn’t (nor should it be) a deal breaker. I usually go (recently religious) on a different day, and I will say that the difference in instructor styles is pretty drastic. Otherwise, the class was absolutely fine if you’re down for a few fist pumps of a morning.
