I get lightheaded very easily (long covid) and it made me too woozy, but if you want an intense class this one is worth trying! Vibes are a little crossfit-y, so be warned if you don't want that

TVs show the sets and recommended weights before you start, and then show the instructor once you get going which is helpful. The location doesn't have a front desk and there were no instructions walking in which was confusing - but once I got in the room it was fine.

She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace. Diana was great always making sure to fix form as you’re going through the exercises. The class isn’t easy, it is high intensity so you should be prepared for that. The Friday class reminded me of a slightly kinder f45 class. The facility is in a great location, plenty of parking, very clean and well organised.
