    Excellent class! Great playlist , not the typical yoga music, which may not be for everyone but I enjoyed having something different. Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.

    One of the best Barry’s classes I’ve taken! They welcome first timers with open arms and do a great job of demonstrating floor exercises. I’m not a runner and it was refreshing to not feel pressured to run fast! I love this studio location and the locker room is so clean and well organized. They have hair ties, deodorants, Ouai products, towels for showering and working out, theraguns, Dyson hairdryer and a smoothie bar you can order from that’ll be ready post class!

    This is my favorite Barry’s class I’ve ever been to!! Taylor’s music was SO good and motivating and gave such clear instruction.     I go to a Barry’s class once every few months because I’m not a runner at all. This is the first time the running part felt accessible to me because of how many options she gave. There was no pushing yourself to go beyond your limits, and she even said something about how everyone’s body is different. I might actually start going regularly to her class. I definitely also recommend if you’re new to Barry’s or exercise in general because there are so many options! Can’t believe it took me this long to take her Alycia’s class!

    This was my first class at Session, and I really liked the pace of the class. Oscar’s energy and instruction was great. He was actively watching people’s form and adjusting folks throughout the class. I really appreciated the focus on form, as I’m recovering from an injury. There was always room for me to push myself as hard (or not so hard) as I needed throughout the different circuits. Oscar’s music was also bomb, made me want to dance haha. I’ll definitely be back here.

    Class was a super challenging in an achievable way, I definitely think this would have been hard to follow if you’ve never taken a mega former fast paced class.     Rob was a great instructor! Super tough class actually, less restorative and more stretch intensive. We really zoned in on the hips and shoulders. I feel like I got a really good stretch in and will be sore tomorrow!! Worth it. There’s also a juice bar (I got an amazing smoothie beforehand).
