    I’ve always been enjoying Erin’s class but this one went beyond expectations! I’ve been suffering from lower back pain recently due to my bad posture working in front of a desk. The tricky part is that, because I’m pretty flexible to start with, it’s hard for me to get the deep stretch I need without overstretching and hurt the muscles. The class helped me gradually warm up the muscle groups and let me get the deepest stretch that my body was craving for. It’s challenging yet not too difficult that you can still adjust based on your level.

    I recently tried this yoga studio for the first time and had the pleasure of taking a class with Liz. From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻

    This review is long overdue! Mark is my favorite teacher at Physique 57. I’ve been following him uptown and downtown for the last three months. I love his energy, his smile, his humor, and his playlist - it’s the best!! What I love is that he makes sure the movements align perfectly with the beat of the music, something I’ve noticed other teachers don’t often do.     The best coach ever if you need form corrections- she has such a keen and intentional eye that I genuinely feel proud of my growth when she sees me do a move and doesn't have any constructive criticism, because she's helped me grow SO much! I fully trust if I'm doing any move where I can improve that I will be spotted and guided through how to adjust. I've been grieving the loss of a pet this week and haven't been in the mood to workout at allll, but today Alexa's class was the first 50 minutes all week I didn't feel sad because I was so locked in and inspired- and felt genuinely good after todays class, I'm grateful for that!

    I took the Core:30 class with Marisa and had the best workout! It was a challenging workout but structured perfectly. The warm up series was really effective and had my core ready for the exercises. Marisa was a great instructor. She kept the class motivated and helped anyone with modifications and any questions.
