    Barry’s is not my exercise of choice but I’ve been trying to do a class every week (I am NOT a cardio person). Alycia is one of the most skilled fitness instructors I’ve ever had. I push myself in ways I don’t in other people’s classes. I also never feel like I have to increase my speed in this class just because other people are. There are other Barry’s instructors who really push everyone beyond their limits (especially the OGs) to a place where it might not be the healthiest, but she doesn’t. I’d take all my running averse friends to her class just so that they can see it’s not that bad after all!! Can’t wait to go back. Go to her class… you might still hate running, but you’ll find that it’s finally accessible!!

    First time taking this class and absolutely loved it. It was a combo of floor work and the sauna. Really focusing on your breath and incorporating it into the movement. It’s a great class to take on a Sunday to get you ready for the week ahead!
