    LOVED!! The place is beautiful cute and cozy. Everything you need is pretty much there minus showers which is okay. The class was honestly great. Great warm up. Full body workout had every part of my body shaking. Also loved that there’s stretching and breathing towards the end of class. Which not many places do.     Folami is an awesome teacher! She’s so kind and warm, and she made an effort to build a relationship with everyone in the class. Her class was a bit faster and more high-energy than I’m used to, and some parts felt almost cardio paced - though it did slow down a lot by the second half. I also felt like she chose great exercises. Sometimes I struggle to feel an exercise in the right part of my body but today I felt like everything was hitting in all the right places.     Sonia’s energy is great! She cues well and is very encouraging/supportive. Only feedback is that the music is usually so quiet.     Lindsay was a great instructor and super accommodating when I told her I was recovering from an injury. Class was still a good push even though I had to make a couple modifications. Only thing I would suggest is avoid having music that has fade-ins/outs -- it's usually not an issue but having tempo definitely helps!

    Amazing teacher. It was my first time doing ballet ever, shall I say dancing. I was very scared of feeling out of place, especially being barefeet with leggings. She explained everything so well I could follow along with the other students that are all coming since a few months, and some over a year. It’s amazing to watch them too to help follow along (and fantasize about the progress I’ll eventually make). Truly enjoyed myself.

    This was a challenging class for a beginner, but I really loved it! Alexandria was super attentive, always correcting technique and positioning to make sure I got the most out of the workout. I only wish there was a modification offered for the ab section, which I struggled with a bit. Overall, I learned what I need to work on and got some great tips to improve my form.     Shannon C is an AMAZING instructor! She used to teach at my gym and I specifically took this class at The DRIP just to take a class led by her again. She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace. Christine was great and being a small class I felt she was able to pay attention to everyone and their form. It truly felt like a full body workout and I loved the quick transitions. Lastly, the credits per class are fair/what I would expect.

    Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

    Stacey is amazing! Her vibe is so calming and soothing and makes you feel right at home. It was my first time there, and she immediately catered towards me and gave me an extra bolster during class for my comfort, which I really appreciate. The sound healing exercise we did towards the middle-end of the class really helped my vibrations. This type of yoga is perfect if you’re looking to disengage and enter a more meditative, relaxed state of mind. I felt so relaxed coming out of the class, ready to step out into the world to deal with whatever challenges me next. Her dog is cute, too, he joined us for yoga today 😉

    Excellent, attentive instruction and coaching. Veronica impresses as authentically engaged with yoga practice and guidance, providing super helpful, nuanced adjustments and notes on technique throughout—nice to have a relatively modest class size, presumably a bit more practical to do so. Enjoyed the challenging yet accessible and very well conceived sequences and beautifully equipped sunny studio with floor to ceiling windows. A delight. Namaste🙏🏿
