    I feel like I really pushed myself in this class and was proud I made it through. I had to do modifications for some of the moves I found a more challenging (I’m still working on strengthening my core so I can hold planks longer), but that’s okay!     Really great first class! It was a bit hard to find because the apartment building wasn’t open yet so we had to get buzzed in. There was also no label saying the studio was on the third floor. But other than that, the class was nice. It wasn’t too difficult, felt more like a stretching class than a strength building. Our instructor was very kind, she didn’t correct our forms though, I wish she did so I knew if i was doing things correctly. Very beautiful studio!

    The traditional reformer is my least favorite type of reformer but hopefully with time it will change and I will grow to like it. I was hoping to work with the tower a bit (my favorite ) but it wasn’t part of the sequence I think. I found it a bit challenging but overall it was a good workout, today’s session was more core focused but I am sure I will definitely feel it tomorrow meaning it was a great workout regardless! This was my first time taking a Pilates reformer class at this location although I’ve taken other classes here. I enjoyed the city views and Spencer was helpful and clear in his instructions as always.

Would definitely take more classes with her she found ways to adjust the difficulty level on various sections of class depending on where you were at in your yoga sculpt journey. Really enjoyed the flow. Only drawback is that the mats in the studio were incredibly slick which made it tougher to get into some of the flow since I have sweaty hands. Next time I’ll plan to bring my mat or a towel.

He actually went around carefully coaching and correcting everyone's form which is so important for solidcore exercises but is never done.     IN-STUDIO Introduction to Ballet

    Amazing teacher. It was my first time doing ballet ever, shall I say dancing. I was very scared of feeling out of place, especially being barefeet with leggings. She explained everything so well I could follow along with the other students that are all coming since a few months, and some over a year. It’s amazing to watch them too to help follow along (and fantasize about the progress I’ll eventually make). Truly enjoyed myself.

    The only reformer studio in nyc that actually plays good music!!! Alex also always physically demos the move on the ground making it actually easy to follow for once. + they do a lil pre and post stretch and some cardio moves within. Way better than Solidcore.
