The classes are intense and will challenge you, but you’ll feel so good afterwards. Highly recommend!

He knows their names and if you’re new he makes sure you feel welcomed and encouraged. Robs workouts are tough, but you feel you are in a safe space, regardless the level you are on. Thank you ! The studio is nice, they have coat rack & lockers (bring lock if you care to lock it up) for your belongings. The women restroom have sanitary pads & tampons, which is so helpful. The owner of studio checked me in, she was friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back!

This is the intro class I've been looking for! Ximena is an exceptional teacher. Conditioning directly relates to pole, and we spent much more time on the pole than any other intro class I've taken. The class is mixed level, and she meets each student where they're at. Highly recommend Ximena and Pole SuperWoman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You spend the whole class dancing with every class member in a rotational method, so it gives a lot of real social dancing experience. If the class seems too easy, there is an intermediate class that follows one can attend. Looking forward to attending again in the near future!
