すべてのレビューを表示The body isolation teacher here is incredible! Pure passion and high energy throughout the entire class. The instruction is top-notch and easy to follow. My only tiny suggestion would be to give the studio mirrors/windows a quick wipe—it’s a bit dusty, but the dancing itself is 10/10!

It seemed like a majority of the students had never been to a dance class before (me included) so I would recommend this class for anyone who wants to try a dance class for the first time. I’ll def be practicing the routine we learned at home! :)

すべてのレビューを表示I loved this class! The cardio portion was a great full body workout with low impact movements, somewhat similar to the floor portion of a barre class. The sequences were easy to get the hang of but still challenging enough to keep you engaged. Following it up with a nice stretch was the perfect way to end the class. Morgen had great music and energy, and I will definitely be back to take her class.

She explained every movement clearly and step by step, which made it easy to follow and build a strong foundation. I also really appreciated how detailed her guidance was, especially with the positioning of the arms and legs. She made sure everyone understood each movement and felt comfortable. Highly recommend!

It’s such a welcoming environment, the instructors are all knowledgeable and kind, and every class I’ve done so far has been a great workout. Can’t recommend enough if you are looking for an inclusive and all-fitness-level-friendly workout studio.

He also doesn’t mind stopping to make sure everyone understands the movement and can enjoy it at whatever level they’re comfortable with. I absolutely recommend this class. It’s not just an experience, it’s a community that you’ll absolutely want to continue being a part of.
