    Megaformer Full Body

    Loved this class! It was my first time trying the Megaformer and it was incredibly intense. The instructor Leila was super helpful and guiding, and the music kept the energy high throughout the whole session. The studio space is very clean and modern.

    Malgré que je sois débutante au pilates, j’ai senti que le cours est adapté à tous les niveaux et qu’on peut se dépasser selon nos limites. La prof est dynamique et encadrante. Props à la serviette froide à la fin : c’est toujours très agréable! Je pense qu’avoir une playlist de chansons connues ou même à thématique rendrait l’expérience au top :) très contente d’avoir ce studio dans mon quartier!

    Instructor is so nice, encouraging and friendly! I was welcomed very warmly for my first time. The course was challenging but rewarding. It really is a full body workout, but I felt so good after finishing. Will definitely be back!

    HIIT

    Really good class! I would say it’s best suited for an intermediate level. The coach paid close attention to everyone’s posture, corrected mistakes when needed, and the music was excellent. You can really see a big improvement compared to last year (I understand there is a different owner now). I will definitely come back more often, thank you! One suggestion would be to offer classes for different skill levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and clearly indicate the level in the schedule so participants know what to expect and can choose the class that best fits their experience.
