すべてのレビューを表示Not a class for me. Although I appreciated it for the sake of novelty and the studio and the instructor was top - hence all 5 stars. And thanks for at least having something late in the evening . I am not a yogini, nor by any means a complete beginner, but did not break any sweat during this class, however I would advise against taking this class to beginner as it is not well balanced and doesn’t provide any foundations. You would get a better sweat and open up your body with a more “traditional” class, such as fyra flow. There were several challenging yoga poses that were fun to try, also some interesting twists. Which I appreciate. But it is not a class that builds heat or creates space in your body, nor aligns your body bu addressing basic asanas and their correct form. A specific type of class that one could explore if they are already further in their yoga journey.

HOT YOGA SLOW FLOW
すべてのレビューを表示Absolutely fantastic. The hot yoga slow flow focuses on your current emotional state and releases tension throughout the body, with a strong emphasis of opening the chest. The studio is clean; zen, the right lighting; the right music. Water, tea, snacks available. Clean showers and changing rooms. Staff was nice. Not over the top “fake nice”, but you feel comfortable and they get you what you need when asked.

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor is so nice, encouraging and friendly! I was welcomed very warmly for my first time. The course was challenging but rewarding. It really is a full body workout, but I felt so good after finishing. Will definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示the SPICIEST but don’t let that scare you away because the instructor has some milder options for moves and encourages you to go at your own pace!! i like that it’s challenging and there’s lots of room for me to improve. the instructor is super friendly and i would for sure come back (that heat is no joke though)
