すべてのレビューを表示This class was AMAZING. I love this class but today’s session I was just vibing with. I felt so connected to the yoga, and I noticed some improvements in some of my poses which made me happy. I left the class feeling so refreshed. The instructor does a wonderful job and I’m really happy to see that the class was truly an all levels hot yoga class. Lately the last few classes I felt were more intermediate or at least for flexible people. Today’s class was excellent and made all the poses challenging but accessible for everyone.

Muchísima variedad de movimientos y poses, entre un lado del cuerpo, el centro, contraposea, el otro lado y luego repetir algina serie. Sin embargo no fue imposible para principiantes, o de esas que uno siente que no llega y tiene que regresar al niño constantemente para descansar. Estuvo muy bien balanceada, en momentos más intebsos, más pasados, de estiramiento, respiración, descanso. Esta profe tiene habitualmente otra clase (Spicy). una vez la hice y es más de condicionamiento físico. Pero la de esta mañana si fue yoga y fue magnífica.

CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

すべてのレビューを表示Alexandra was an amazing instructor! This class was definitely not what I was expecting but I’m glad I pushed myself out my comfort zone. We all sat in a circle and it was beautiful. It was definitely weird and awkward but with uncomfortabilty you learn so much about yourself. This was definitely interesting!

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor is great, music was great. like many of the other reviews I would say the music was too loud and I couldn’t hear what the next move was. She did move around the room which helped but when she would move away I couldn’t hear anything.

すべてのレビューを表示I really like the studio, Frank is great. My only critique is that it feels like the workouts have gotten repetitive. Not sure if Studio Three requires them to follow a program or if it’s up to coach preference but I would love to have new formats. Maybe a different divide of time at each station or even just one round around the room. This isn’t going to stop me from coming because I literally love Franks coaching style and the studio is so wonderful. Just a suggestion for repeat customers! Will be back sooonnnnn

Luisa is so amazing. always offers different variations and wants to see you try something new with ease without hurting yourself, but at your pace. Always such a treat to take a class with her. always leave so happy and restored.

I am excited to come back to this place, it’s very versatile with a grass area, boxing classes, weights, Pilates.
