すべてのレビューを表示Wow ! I’m speechless, this class was the best pilates class I’ve taken so far at Mimi and any other studio. The cues were super clear throughout the class and the energy never went down. The burn was REAL, and Cristi was so sweet and supportive, 100/10 highlyyyyy recommend!!!

Idk if it’s bc the music is too loud, the echo, or his tone… but sometimes I was lost on what we were doing next (yikes!) Other than that, great class and will definitely book again!

すべてのレビューを表示I absolutely loved this class! From the moment I walked in, the instructor greeted everyone with such a warm, welcoming smile and beautiful energy. She created an environment that felt safe, calming, and uplifting from start to finish. The class itself was amazing. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and genuinely happier than when I arrived. Katie guidance throughout the practice was thoughtful and encouraging, and I especially appreciated the hands-on adjustments. They were gentle, intentional, and really helped me deepen into the poses. You can tell she truly cares about her students and the experience she creates. Her energy is beautiful, and it shines through in every aspect of the class. It was the perfect way to end my Sunday and reset for the week ahead. I can’t wait to take another class with Katie💗

すべてのレビューを表示Frank is the best Hi-Def instructor hands down. I’ve down them all with each trainer. He’s knowledgeable, he’s tough, he’s FUN, he gives you modifications when needed. Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you. The workout was just ok. Not here for clout. All the others just seem to have egos for the following, but frank is real, consistent, and just the best! Quality over quantity always! 🙏🏾🙌🏽💕

すべてのレビューを表示first time taking Olivia’s class and it didn’t disappoint - her vibe *chef’s kiss* and the intentionality behind each move and sequence was definitely felt. Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

The studio is such a beautiful sanctuary and you can tell the owner put so much thought and intention into everything. The staff and instructors are super welcoming and helpful. Sophia was our instructor for a power sculpt class and she put us to work! Loved her energy, her cues were clear and intentional, and her flow was tough and fun. Definitely recommend for everyone to visit and we will be back when we’re in town again for sure. Thank you :)

I loved how much thought and intention went into the class, you can tell she really takes the time to make sure everything flows seamlessly. I also really appreciated the intimate setting, which ensured that each person received individualized corrections and attention throughout class.
