すべてのレビューを表示it's a different yin than I am used to, this one uses too much effort on postures, teacher even cued a full wheel. Not so much to my liking but teacher was sweet and catered the class to our needs, the sound healing at the last 20 minutes were quite powerful, and I enjoyed it after all.

I appreciated his muscle cues. demonstrations that helped perfect certaon poses and his gentle reminder to open up your heart and mind.

The studio is super cute — right near the design district with plenty of parking, which is always a win. It had been a while since I’d taken a yoga class, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I walked out feeling like I’d just gotten a full body massage. Like genuinely melted. 10/10, would absolutely recommend — whether you’re a regular or coming back to yoga after some time away.

すべてのレビューを表示Honestly I have been to many mat Pilates classes, and this was one of the toughest and best classes I have ever been to - and this one isn’t even heated! I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
