Only constructive criticism I have is for the instructors to include modifications for those who are not as advanced and check in with guests to be mindful of any injuries.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was great! Karen is such a great instructor and does a great job explaining all the moves. The music is top notch, the machines are brand new, and the studio if very clean. If you are looking to get hooked to Pilates, this was the class that did it for me and now I can’t imagine what life was like before it. If you get into the right breathing, mindset, and set a good intention, you can feel so accomplished after the class, it’s therapy. Not to mention, Karen is my fav, she always makes me feel like I am at a Keinemusik concert just with a Pilates reformer. She brings great energy and leaves you starting your day off right. I would definitely recommend this class!

The instructors/owners were very keen on proper perform and would always come by and make sure you are using proper form. And on top I love that there is a fantastic Pilates studio within walking distance of where I live!

Maureen is an incredible instructor who is clearly knowledgeable and motivating. Loved the mix of exercises and stretches. Feeling fantastic! I highly recommend this class.

No mention of the Loewe hand soap in the bathrooms either?? All for a measly amount of credits...?!? C'mon, now! Honey, this studio is high class, and we're not worthy. I LOVE Bettina and her class flow. It is not trying to be anything else but Pilates and what Sir Joseph has intended us to do. So many studios and "instructors" these days seem to have no idea what and who they want to be, it is nice to be reminded to point one's feet, fix posture, engage the core and "smiley area" AND BREATHE! That is what Pilates is all about. Not some Cirque du Soleil training. Anyone and anything can make you tired... That doesn't make it a qualified instructor or worthy workout. I LOVE IT HERE!! 💚✨️

Her instructions were easy to follow, and she offered personalized tips that made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their skill level. Marina is great at paying attention to your movements, and she was so motivating the entire way through! She was extremely patient with me as a first time learner with no prior experience. The setting was also very private & in a nice outside / shaded area. Definitely a challenging workout and glad I had Marina walking me through it.
