Intensity was mid to low in my opinion, great for beginners and intermediate level. He also provided freedom to more advanced students to modify for a more intense practice.

すべてのレビューを表示Loved this format. I really like Melissa, I have ended up taking a weekly class with her and I’m really enjoying her teaching style. This class was a first for her and me. She did amazing and i loved how complete the workout felt. It was a full 45 mins, and it felt like such a great workout. Everyone in the class agreed. I’d be curious to try it with a tiny bit of heat. It had a lot of heavy weights on the arms which was hard because i have a shoulder injury, but i was able to modify and got a great workout in!

Jordi kept the energy up and pushed us through every move, and let me tell you… the booty burn was REAL. 🍑🔥 I could feel every single muscle working, especially my glutes, and I left feeling strong, accomplished, and like I actually worked.
