She made sure every exercise was safe for me, adjusted movements when needed, and kept checking in to make sure I wasn’t hurting my back while still getting the most out of the class. I’ll be honest, there were moments when I struggled to keep up, but the instructor’s positive attitude, encouragement, and amazing vibe kept me going and motivated me to finish the entire class! すべてのレビューを表示Really enjoyed Christina’s class. After the class Christina helped me by going over one pose I didn’t understand. It has been a couple of years since I visited Agni last time. The exercise room got remodeled and looks really nice. I really enjoyed that the instructor let me go my own pace without constantly correcting so I could fully enjoy the experience and modify exercises for my body. I really feel refreshed and hope to be back soon. I was looking forward to the class and it was an amazing experience.

They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

One of few classes where you actually recognize people week after week because Coach Chris is THAT good 🙌🙏 The vibe is unmatched and the circuit workout most excellent. I left feeling so good, both in my body and in my spirit. At the end of class, they served us tea, which was such a beautiful touch. The aroma filled my senses during Shavasana and made the whole experience feel even more special. It was such a wonderful way to close the practice and made the entire experience feel complete
