Ewa encourages everyone to take what they need and never shames anyone if they take a break or hold something for longer. Zero ego in the room and honestly the best energy re-set. すべてのレビューを表示Frank is the best Hi-Def instructor hands down. I’ve down them all with each trainer. He’s knowledgeable, he’s tough, he’s FUN, he gives you modifications when needed. Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you. The workout was just ok. Not here for clout. All the others just seem to have egos for the following, but frank is real, consistent, and just the best! Quality over quantity always! 🙏🏾🙌🏽💕

It was fun to move around, feel silly, and stretch the body while practicing the flow.
