すべてのレビューを表示This gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Mia and her husband Matt have created such a warm, inviting space for you to find an accessible and immediate way to release tensions and alleviate stress! The space and community is designed to help you find tranquility and comfort. If you come to really allow yourself to be enveloped in a guided breath work and meditation, the benefits will be tremendous! The added feature that you can play whatever you’d like as the sauna offers Bluetooth speakers was an added touch. It was a tranquil hour experience that I look forward to experiencing more often! Contrast therapy was great, good way to start the day in the morning ending with the cold plunge. Then ended my session on the electro mat which was so cool. Love this place.

Even with the Thai area being under construction, i was extremely relaxed and totally zoned into my session with her. I was so grateful to find a business that offers thai massage and cold plunging. I loved the hot towel offered to clean my feet before session and i loved the sound therapy at the end of session. Def come check out this business and try out their thai massage offerings!!! I did the red light plus the other light I set for rotation with all the colors. Also they have a tv so you can watch a show by yourself in the room. Totally recommend !

The staff were super friendly and provided great service without pressuring me to buy anything, which I appreciated. I just wish there were more locations to visit when I travel. Honestly, I enjoyed it even more than the infrared sauna studio I typically go to. I sweat way more here and I’m going to sleep like a baby tonight.
